Summary: Allow acpi events be send to kvm guests from userspace

Initial Comment:
It would be wonderfull if the userspace of the host system would have scripts
to trigger acpi events in vms. This would allow a full virtualized notebook to
handle correctly acpi events triggered by special keys of notebooks, open/close
of the lid, etc.

I let the X server run on the host and connect through network X to the guest
vm. But things like activating the screensave in the vm is not easy possible.
