The kvmppc_xlate() helper will already error out with good error codes, such as
-ENOENT or -EPERM. Deflect them onto our callers in kvmppc_ld/st so they know
what's going on.

While at it, remove the superfluous check on pte->may_write. The xlate function
already checks this.
