[PATCH 2/2] KVM VMX: rename vpid_sync_vcpu_all() to vpid_sync_vcpu_single()

[Gui Jianfeng]

The name "pid_sync_vcpu_all" isn't appropriate since it just affect
a single vpid, so rename it to vpid_sync_vcpu_single().
