Aren't you going to let users play with rc2 for a week or so? If not,
what's the point? just push out 0.14.0.
If you think this is worth doing, we can try for 0.15.0. But this has
been the plan for 0.14.0 and I'd like to stick to the plan (for a
change) :-)
