Nadav Amit sent patches for VT-d emulation about a year ago (http://marc.info/?l=qemu-devel&m=127124206827481&w=2). They don't apply to the current tree, but rebasing them probably doesn't make sense until some version of the QEMU IOMMU/DMA API that has been discussed makes it in.
