Please split guest/host (arch/x86/kernel/kvm.c etc VS arch/x86/kvm/) 
patches.

Please document guest/host interface 
(Documentation/virtual/kvm/paravirt-tlb-flush.txt, add a pointer to it from 
msr.txt).
