No, you need to implement a remote wiki link module that will recognize these "special" wiki links, and re-constitute them properly when formatted. Those special link definitions are on the page whose name becomes the "magic prefix" for the formatter. You can see it extensively in use throughout http://www.archlug.org/kwiki/ Mike/
