How's Kwiki 3 coming along?

Hi All,
 Kwiki.org seems to be down most of the time these days. I recently 
ended up installing the old CGI::Kwiki from CPAN for Bristol & Bath Perl 
Moungers http://perl.bristolbath.org

 Now the site has popped up again I've quickly grabbed a copy of Kwiki 2.

Looking at this lists archives, there was mention this time last year of 
Kwiki 3. Any progress?
