If you are trying to get SMDR, make sure your HyperTerminal is set correctly Baud info - 9600 settings - 8,n,1 Emulation - VT100 Flow control - Hardware NOTE*** Once you make these changes, you MUST SAVE, the you MUST exit and restart HyperTerminal for the changes to take effect.
