We get a small foot PC and set up PC anywhere to dial us back, so if someone
hacked PC Anywhere, it would only call our office back.

Well... PC Anywhere is far from secure.  If I were to do it;
I'd put in a Linux box and ssh to it....

But not all customers have ROOM for any machine bigger than
a PC104, etc.
