Since the mailboxes are working I assume you have the digital integration working ok, so dialing Intercom 165 goes to the voicemail, etc.
You need to go into the Port set up menu in the TVS and tell it that each port goes to custom menu 1. When you go into that menu, and select port 1, it then offers you Day and Night settings, so you should set both to go to the custom menu 1 unless you are setting up a different menu for night mode, don't worry about Lunch or Break settings. Do the same for port 2. Now in the ksu you need to set up the following: to have it answer immediately all the time, DIL 1:1 in Day or Night mode for each co line to go to ext. 165 and/or to have it answer after a certain number of rings, Set IRNA/ Intercept routing for each trunk group you are using also to go to 165, then set the IRNA timer to the appropriate ring number (typically 4 rings). hope this helps, Charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nick Charles" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, January 08, 2003 6:58 PM Subject: KX-T: Auto-Attendant Setup > I have recently installed a KXTD-1232 and TVS50 and am growing increasingly frustrated with not being able to get the Auto-Attendant function operating. > > I have everyone's voice mail boxes working correctly, but just can't figure this part out. > > Can someone walk me through the steps in configuring both the KXT and the TVS? > > Thanks in advance! > Nick > > _________________________________________________________________ > KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ > Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt > _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
