Ok gang, check out this scenerio:

KX-TD1232-4 system, with 4 lines. Lines 1-3 are auto-attendant (TVS100). Line 4 should just ring, but if not answered, should get delivered to a voicemail box.

What I did was to set D1L 1:1 on CO3 to disable, then set CO 3 to Trunk Group 3. Next, I set the intercept for Trunk Group 3 to a phone number (tried both a 1xx and a 2xx), who has "All calls forward to Voicemail" forwarding set.

The unanswered calls go to mailbox 101 every time! If I call the extension with the VM forwarding set from either another intercom phone or even the Auto attendant, I get the proper voicemail box, so I know the forwarding is set up.

Why is the intercept defaulting to box 101? How can I fix this?
