QOS is what it's all about, We have been doing VoIP for YEARS in a frame relay pipe where WE have end to end control of QOS. This is TOLL quality (or better) The internet is another story - end to end in a vpn it works real good most of the time, but just "on the net" you have to learn to live with what you get, my Lingo "second line" works OK most of the time, but if I try, I can make it sound like crap real quick.
