it is an ilec to clec port, so service will be up a week before porting,
negotiating  with clec

thanks for the warning on name delivery, of course that means pano might 
not be able to display name either.

How many versions of the D1232 before they added name delivery  :-(

I need to do some googling, someone has to have a PRI simulator, would 
be well worth renting for a month.  Need to look see if Asterisk can 
play like the CO side.
