tvs50 doesn't have company greeting  (but 819 can be a good substiute)
could that be a custom service prompt ?
if it is, the next digit delay needs to be stretched to 3 sec.
also 101 might be trfr to mbx, and 103 is trtf to ext.

too much missing info to guess further

oh, does 824 have ability ro send day/nite to tvs50.

only td -5 and -6 could do that on a tvs50-2
