I have an old installation of a KXTD 1232 with a Voicegate "Wizard", this is a small "Brick" voice mail. This customer is moving and I just moved them to a new location and used an old station that hasn't been used in over a year. The mailbox for this ext. has a password that no one remembers, I can no longer get support from Voicegate, as I haven't bought anything from them in years.
I think I need to clear that out and start fresh? I tried and don't know how - something about needing the name of the person, etc., but nothing works. So I'm guessing it needs to be deleted and reinstated Is there a chance that someone on this list knows something about this voice mail and can give me a clue?
