This may be some simplistic ideas but check it.  Make sure the AC 
cord connected to the TA824 is completely plugged in.  I discovered 
by accident that mine was not completely pushed in and the AC was 
intermittent.   Is this the only programming which you have set up in 
the system? Even with a power failure all programming should be 
retained unless there is some RFI causing it to crash and then reboot 
and defaulting all it's settings.   There may also be a problem with 
the memory battery in the unit which would be a very slim 
chance.  Lastly if it were to crash and return to default settings 
you should be able to access any CO line from any extension.  It 
sounds as if you have disabled the availability of CO3 for pick up on 
Ext 110.  Is there a proprietary phone set on Extension 104 as well as 110?
