Howdy All, The system is a KX-TDA30 with a 3rd party doorphone connected to an analogue extension. They are using a mix of digital handsets (KX-T7667) and DECT handsets (KX-TDA256). The customer would like an audible difference to distinguish between internal and external calls.
Both external calls and the calls from the doorphone ring through to an ICD Group (either the same or different). When calls arrive, they play the same ring tone for both calls (the group ring tone). Does any one know of a way to be able to set a different ring tone to the DECT handsets when the source is either internal or external and the call is going to a group? I have only been able to get the group to play the same ring tone for both. Any ideas would be helpfull.
