I realized today the reason the Personal CID Indicator lamps no 
longer lights is not the fault of the TA824 PBX.  The indicator lamps 
are to light only in the event that the Extension or CO is not picked 
up i.e. The line is never answered  by a user, Auto Attendant, Voice Mail etc.

With the KX-TVA50 calls are always answered.  They are first answered 
by the auto attendant and  routed to the appropriate extension.  They 
are again monitored and answered when the extension does not pick 
up.  The TVS200 did not monitor extensions very well using In band 
Integration.  The extensions were all set to FWD/NO Answer (4 rings) 
(extension was not answered).  The PBX forwarded the call back to the 
TVS200 after no one answered which lit the Personal CID Indicator lamp.

I guess if they don't leave a message, I should don't need to worry about it.
