We're debating on CID over CW: does this work on digital sets such as the 7636 and the 7736? So far, I we can't get it to work.
Also, does anyone know a code you can dial from a Digital set to bring up the CID log for a given ring group? I know we can assign this to a button on the phone, but being able to dial a code would be helpful for this larger install I have where there are many ring groups. Something like *X+Ring Group No., but I can't find anything like that.
