Got an interesting one at the end of the day Friday... A customer with a TD 816 and 7453 sets has one station that has no lights on any of the buttons. She swapped the set with another....this worked for a while, but then they quit lighting again.
After hundreds of installs with the TD product, I've never heard of this particular trouble. I'm planning on doing a system reset tomorrow morning, hopefully that will solve the problem....have any of you ever seen this happen?
