Along with all the other free services you normally pay for with your 
local interconnect, you get a free on-screen call manager that 
integrates with Outlook.
Did I mention that unlimited calling to 21 countries (including the USA) 
is only $19.95 a month? (about $25/mo. with taxes)

Here's part of their description - "Outlook Integration enables you to 
integrate your personal contacts in Microsoft Outlook with your 
BroadVoice Call Manager. Using the Outlook Contacts tab in the 
BroadVoice Call Manager, you can perform a search of your personal 
Outlook contacts by name or company."

When your client hits dial on his computer screen, his Voip line will 
ring, when he picks up the phone, the system calls the "dialed" number 
and he is connected.
I can usually hit the line button before my phone even rings.
