Charles,
I set up the profile with the defaults and used the built-in modem in my 
Dell Latitude Laptop.  It worked perfectly on a Copper to copper phone 
connection but I could not get it to work with VoIP [Optvoice] on either 
end.  I did not try it with FIOS.

The transfer takes about 10 minutes as opposed to about 2-3 minutes when 
doing a USB connection on site.
