You will not be able to use a 7453 remotely at all.
But you can use VOIP adapters to remote a single-line phone extension.

The MultiTech MVP210 is one unit I have used.
You will need 2, one at each end, and you will have to figure out your
network connections. I use Netgear VPN routers and a dynamic dns
service to make the connections.
One unit plugs in as a single-line extension on the ksu, the other
unit will give you a modular jack with dialtone at the remote end.

The MVP210 I'm using has two paths, but I'm really only using one. I
link two systems together between my home and office. At home, my wife
dials an extension on that system and it rings into my office as an
outside line. When I access that "line" I get extension dialtone from
my home so I can page, dial an extension, get an outside line,
whatever.
