Th thing that saved us is that the "dial 9" CO is line 6, which is the Skype line. It won't call anything without the entire Skype string of digits, so even though it was trying to call the Phillipines, it went nowhere.
No inbound WATS, passwords were fixed earlier and I'll fix the others, too. Now I know why I stay subscribed to this list. :) (Been here since the early 90s...) Thanks again, Larry and Shawn!
