TDA200 v3.2 tva200 v2.0 I don't know how many of you use vm menu feature with the tva and tda. It is a visual display instead of the normal voice you hear whenever you log on voice mail. I recently added an ip gateway card to the switch. I had to update everything, software firmware etc. on this switch. I had no idea that visual voice mail was even possible on the tda, tva. I made sure the language files were loaded on the tda and all works fine. Then a week or so later the visual voice mail no longer works. They are back to hearing the voice mail speak to them ( press 1 for press two for etc). When I poke the switch in the eye (reset) the voice mail menu stuff starts working again. Same thing happens some time later. I've since had to make sure all the cards with firmware were updated. VM was updated to a 2.0. It was mentioned in the tech bulletins that if too many subscribers log on it can cause a problem. It's been about 10 days now and no calls for this problem yet. Any of youse guys encounter this problem. If you did what solved the problem's. Thanks for any input.
