I am setting up a Fax Server behind the KX-TDE. This fax server can use either a SIP card to provide connectivity to an SIP IP PBX (KX-TDE) or it can use an analog modem and receive DTMF tones to identify the incoming DID after the call is connected. The reason for this is to route the incoming fax to the correct recipient.
Is it possible to do DID to DTMF conversion on KX-TDE systems, I see no obvious way. DID Destination only allows for 5 digit (extension it appears) to be entered. I need to provide DTMF tones to the fax server device behind the PBX which DID was used to call in on.
