I had the same situation once, and used the hotline for SLT feature to make the SLT go directly to a CO of the clients choice. Then, I adjusted the hotline waiting time [203] to four seconds so that for a brief four seconds you get a system tone. With a small bit of training, the client was able to recognize the difference in the tones, and enter an extension or paging number before it went to CO.

She wants their outgoing line preference set to CO. But she also wants to be able to access the intercom for in house calls and paging. I can't find a method to access the intercom after the 824 has already obtained the outside CO. Any suggestions? _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
