KX-TFolks, Went out yesterday and used SYS-PRG 407 to enable Caller-ID on a couple of CO lines on a KX-TD816-5 (installed circa 2001). I thought this box had the Caller-ID module (KX-TD193) included for the first 4 CO lines (or did the free Caller-ID start with later models?)
I verified CLID signaling from the CO, but no CLID display on the sets. Looked inside the KSU - found the door phone adapter. If there is a KX-TD193 installed for CO 1-4, would I have to open up the KSU enclosure and examine the system board? Thanks! Bill
