Hello All,
I have a 624 KSU & TVS-50 that has been in service for some time.I have the Day
Mode in the VPS set from 9:00am to 6:00 pm. The VPS picks up after 6 pm (about
5 rings) and continues to do so until 9:00 am. We are closed on Sunday, and I
set the day mode from 9:00am to 9:01am, and everything has been working fine
for some time. We are short staffed and would like to change it to pick up
after the 5-6 rings like it does on Night Service, but when I change the Day
Service now, it will not work for me like it does on Sunday. WHat the heck am I
missing?
