I thought you can provide AA options during OGM playback as part of a queuing table?
TDE system with a DISA card in it. Got an ICD with UCD setup with a couple members. Queuing table spits out a OGM every 30 seconds. We have button 1 defined in OGM's AA config to dial 500 to send them to vm. Basically trying to provide them an option to leave VM instead of continuing to waiting in queue. The problem is when you press 1 during OGM playback while in queue it doesn't do anything. Do we have to enable any of the special options in the DISA cards config for this to work? We are not looking to use the DISA card for much else then this OGM/AA issue at this point. I read another post where someone said to setup a VM or a custom service in the TVA to provide the option to leave a VM or go back in queue which would work except then they lose their place in line.
