System has a PRI...A station is call forwarded externally. When you call station from insde it works fine, but if you transfer a call to that station, it calls outside party but does not connect party to original incoming line. COS is set to enable transfer to CO: Call fordwarding to CO. I'm missing something simple , any suggestions appreciated.
