The IP extension is off site extension using a static IP address connected directly back to a firewall which have all the relevant ports open for the KXTDE 100. The problem I am having is as follows, when I connected the phone to the external switch/hub it finds the PBX for about 5 minutes the time and date appear on the phone, I hear the internal dial tone but cannot hear the external dial tone and have only one way conversation. Then after about 5 minutes the phone losses connection with the PBX. Its takes about 1 hour for the IP extension to reboot again because I think the LAN ports on the PBX lock up. Any ideas Regards Michael _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
