I have a customer whose office area prefix is 741 and they make a lot
of local calls.
They ended up locking up phones constantly. I went into programming
and did what Larry mentioned, changing that code to some other
combination.

The hotline dial is turned on by 741, but if a hotline number has not
been programmed in, then it will return "Not Valid" until you turn it
off by 740

The "station clear" 790 will also clear it I think, but it does have
to be entered within the first 2 seconds.

The TDA's added * before every feature code which helps prevent
similar user problems.
