KX-T: TELCOR

Does anyone know where I can find a old Telcor quick jack that snaps onto
the 66 block and has a female RJ11 on the other end?
 
The few I have left are getting old and not making good connections and were
made from Telcor.
 
I've searched high and low for these little handy dandy test jacks.
