Thanks for your help. My customer is replacing their current PRI with a
VOIP T1 PRI and I want to install a second PRI card while it is tested and
this will help prevent any down time. But I am not sure how to dial out on
the second PRI.

depends on what the carrier is send you 4 or 7 digits. Can go either way.
On a Pri you dial out on any of the 23 channels. To show the DID number to
the outgoing caller ID, you need to set CLIP for that extension and have
the carrier look for CLIP control from the PBX.

four digits of the phone number? Also how would I confirm that I can dial
