Restrict the VM ports on the Phone System. Dont try to stop in the voicemail, but the Ports of the PBX used for the voicemail should be restricted to local dialing only.

Fortunately FWD to CO is not allowed per COS but the "hacker" managed to use notification setting to place international call. That can not be used to route trunk to trunk but can be use to call fake premium-rate telephone number. Anyhow the only way I have found so far to disable outbound notification is by COS Auth setting "Authorization for Message Notification" but that also disable MWL. Is there any way to disable Message Notification to pager/phone ? I also eared that "covering extension" can also be used to make some kind of "FWD to CO". How to also prevent that ?
