check out the OHP8000 by On-Hold-Plus www.onholdplus.com. It costs more than a cheaper mp3 player but it is designed for music on hold. Copy mp3's to a usb stick, plug the stick into the OHP8000, and it plays non-stop. If power is interrupted, it will start right up and keep playing. Audio output is matched for phone systems, Comes with a cord to fit the phone system. Easy to use.
