I have a number of customers using the KX-TA824 Hybrid phone system with
Cablevision as the service provider [VOIP].
They are using the voice mail service by the provider. When there is a message,
the Line button flashes and the message light remains on steady.
ONE customer, on only their fourth line, after the voicemail is erased, the
line button continues to flash. When it happened last month, I was not able to
clear it by placing another message and erasing it or powering down the system
and powering up again. I had to default the system and then dump the program
back in from my laptop. They called me yesterday that the same thing has
happened again, six weeks later.
Has anyone had this problem. The system has been in place since August 2011.
