The answer doesn't change just because you asked it in a different
forum. You can address 176 extensions, or whatever the manual
says. You are at the edge of the power supply, in that you have 8
power units in reserve above the 120 single line ports. There are no
"builten" ports on a TDA system and no IP ports. If you want digital
ports, you can have 120 SLT's, 16 digital ports, and the 16
LCO's. You can ONLY use 8 digital devices (phones VM etc.) before
the power supply limit is reached. You may be able to add more than
that, or less.
If you want 148 extensions, look to a 200 cabinet with a larger power
supply if the 24-port cards will work in the 200.
