A) Case #1. The dedicated box is down. Its memory is full.
It's been unplugged or... In an case, it's not answering the
phone.
B) Case #2: The autoattendent has detected CPC tone, and sent the
call to 216. In this case, I think the VM will divert the call to
the 2nd fax ext. But what's not clear is what happens when someone
has chosen "To send a fax, dial 6" and 216 is busy/na....
