Lately I am having a problem with TVS 200 mail box system. Suddenly  one of the 
extensions ( the phone) stopped ringing when some colled from outside. The caller was 
not able to hear any  of the greeting messages; however, if someone called from inside 
the phone rang ( if it was not answered the caller could  hear the greeting messages). 
The mailbox configuration was correct.  I restarted the system and it did not correct 
the problem. So, I had to delete the mail-box and then create it. The problem was 
corrected this way. I have had this problem the last two weeks last week and this week 
with two different extensions. Is it a bug? Do I have to upgrade the software? Is any 
other way to correct the problem without deleting the mail-box because people have to 
record their names and greeting messages all over again.
