KX-T: Market Value of KXTD1232 and TVS100 ?

Hi Everyone,

I selling a building with a Panasonic phone system and need to value the
system for inclusion with the building or to sell if not wanted by the buyer
of the building.

It is a five year old KXTD1232-3 with 4 ports, TVS-100, and 8 digital sets
(the two line LCD kind).

Any opinions on the used market value of this equipment would be
appreciated.
