Hi there, I did have the auto attendant working (is this the correct terminology?) the system that says : Press 1 for this department, press 2 for this department, press 3 for …. Etc But for some reason it isn’t working any more, Can anyone suggest what I should do, maybe it has been disabled? Does anyone know where I can find it in the manuals? Is it under system programming or user programming? Also can’t seem to find where I can record the standard message i.e. Press 1 for… Press 2 for…. Any help or info would be gratefully appreciated.
