if you have the tvs answering on an intercept and not 
acting as an auto attendant, some earlier versions will 
send callers to mbx 101. the "fix" is to delete mbx 101 
the tvs will, at that point have to send call to top 
menu. The reason it now is sending calls to mbx 101 is 
because the lowest ringing ext (101)is the "owner" of 
the call, if ext 101 has no mbx the only place left to 
go is to the top menu, or you could upgrade the unit.
