What type of voicemail setup do you envision for the home line? Do you want to give callers menu type options and set up mailboxes for individuals, or just let them go to a common mailbox?
If you want to set up a menu I would point the irna for the home line to go to the last port (168) and then put that port into a separate extension group than the other 3 ports (that prevents calls to 167 from rolling over into 168). If you want the system to only act like a sophisticated answering machine for the home line, there is a different way to do it. It can light lamps on a group of phones from one common mailbox. You will still be able to check any mailbox from any extension message waiting lamps will work on all phones, and you can check messages from any phone by dialing 165 (when you are checking messages the vm system won't care which port you call in on). I am using it to run my business CO lines 1 through 2, ext 101-109 and my home CO line 3, ext 110-114, the VM (4 port card) is on 115 & 116 set to 165, 166, 167, 168. It is presently answering all calls as they are calls to my business. How do I set it up to answer line CO 3 as a home voicemail for ext 110, 111, 112, 114? I would like to be able to retrieve voice mail from any extension and have the VM Lite turn off on all extensions. > I would also like to be able to use call screening to hear the people leaving messages on the home phones. I have both the voice mail master and programmator software from Oleg also. > > > Thanks you in advance! > > > > > ********************************************************* > * To unsubscribe, e-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] * > * The KXT-Digest Home Page: http://kxthelp.com/ * > ********************************************************* > ********************************************************* * To unsubscribe, e-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] * * The KXT-Digest Home Page: http://kxthelp.com/ * *********************************************************
