KX-T: Small Call Center

I have a client that wants the Panasonic TD to transfer calls to a group of Sales Agents. This is easy, only problem he wants to use his computers as the phones.  I don't see a problem here either, there must be a common program that will do this also.  Only problem is I don't know what it is, and I would like to demo the application to him.     Any suggestions on a simple demo program?  What type of modem will accept a standard headset?  Will the modem ring so the Agent know there is a call?  Etc.       Thanks     rd   --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
