Hi there,

I am trying to write some some voice software for a dialogic card to put
on analogue extensions of a Panasonic KX-TD1232 and wondered if anyone
can confirm if the analogue extensions transmit CLI, DDI and more
importantly the extension number which is ringing the extension.

I can't seem to find any documentation on this and wondered if somebody
has already done this?

Basically if a call is going into my voice system originating from an
extension I need some way of detecting if the call is a Divert because
the person didn't answer his phone for example or the person had his
phone automatically transferred to the voice system when somebody calls
.. so it would could you play "Thank you for calling etc..please leave a
msg" but if the user called the number directly he obviously wants to
check his voicemail so I could give him "Please enter your pin number
etc.."

I can do all of this in the software but I need to know what the
kx-td1232 transmits on its analogue extensions

I have looked at the features of the TVP unit and it just doesn't do
what I need it to do (i.e. FAX back, more configure options etc)

I will be have initially 4 extensions (analogue) connected to the voice
system, is it possible to program the PBX so that it will first try (for
example) 200 if engaged then 201 if engaged then 202 etc.. Which are all
the extension numbers where the voice system is connected too. So it
would basically just from extension to extension until it found a free
line and obviously if all the 4 extensions were busy that is would need
to give the busy tone

Can anyone let me know if you can help, I am little lost at present.

Thanks

Ian
