Why we are getting busy tone signal ,,if we dail"0" when we the operator
is busy.It happens only for internal call,,,,
I have noticed it works for Disa incoming call,,incoming trunks,,,unless u
program call waiting signal for operator,,,
Is this a system design?????
I want all the extension users should able to get RBT anytime when they
dial "0"
please give me some ideas
