It sound like you have set the Electronic Station lockout feature on that station. Feature code 77XXX. To release Just dial in the feature code 77XXX. Or if you don't know the XXX Clear the station with At the Operator 1 set. Do Remote Station Lock Control it is an Operator Service Feature. Sect. 3.3.
